Explore. Learn. Grow.

Key Person Approach

A Key Person will be assigned to your child and will be dedicated to encourage, support and develop your child’s skills, and ensure that records of development are kept and individual needs are met for your child.

The Key Person will also be involved in building a portfolio, based on discussions, achievements and observations made whilst spending quality time with you and your child.

Our staff receive training in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, and other relevant training required when working with children.

We carry out a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services) check on all our staff before they join us.

The nursery has an open door policy and you can talk to your child's key person anytime during drop off, pick up, and also during teacher/parent evening.

Our Staff

Our dedicated team of staff understand that children learn best when they are safe, supported and loved. We work hard to provide a stimulating environment where children learn through exploration and discovery.  We follow the government’s Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS) along side the Montessori Method of Education.

As well as holding appropriate childcare qualification, staff are trained in First Aid, Health and Safety, SENCO and Child Protection. We are proud that we operate on  high ratios levels to be able to deliver quality.

Our ratios are :
One staff for every 3 children aged 2-3 years
One staff for every 5 children aged 3-5 years
